"Clean lodge, no major complaints"
I’m usually quick to notice if a place feels dirty or uncomfortable, but this lodge was actually clean and the bed was comfy. I slept well, which is the main thing. Nothing really stood out as amazing, but at least there wasn’t anything that bothered me.

"Better Than Expected at Stratton"
Spent the day at Stratton it was a solid time. The snow held up better than I thought it would, and the morning groomers were smooth enough to make those first runs feel worth the early start. By later in the day, the usual busy areas were getting a little scraped off, but that’s kind of how it goes. Still had fun and I’d definitely make the trip back.

"Great mix of trails all day"
Had a really good time at Stratton Mountain Resort. the trail variety was better than I expected... there were some easy cruisers, a bunch of fun blues, and a few steeper spots when we felt like pushing it a little. The terrain felt really well kept too, not too icy when we were there, and the grooming was solid. We never felt like we were just doing the same runs over and over, which, you know, makes a big difference. Would definitely go back.

"They tried, but it was slow"
I can’t say the staff weren’t trying, because they were kinda helpful when they did get back to me. But the replies took way too long, and the whole service felt a bit all over the place. It wasn’t nothing awful, but it definitely could’ve been smoother.

"Lots of waiting for the lifts"
The lifts were going really slow, and a couple of them kept stopping, which made the lines get super long. It kind of felt like we spent more of the day just standing there than actually skiing, if that makes sense. For what it costs, it was frustrating honestly

"Decent food, but I expected a little more"
Stayed at stratton and tried a few different food spots during the trip. There were definitely enough options around, which was convenient, and it was easy to grab a quick breakfast or find lunch near the slopes. Dinner was okay, but I was a little disappointed because I expected it to be better for the price. Everything felt typical for a resort, so not cheap, but not outrageous either. The staff were nice, which helped, and there was something for everyone, but overall I wish the food had been a bit more memorable.

"Too expensive for what it is"
I just didn’t feel like it was worth the price. Everything seemed more expensive than similar places, but I didn’t really see what made it better. They make it seem like it should be worth paying extra for, but it just didn’t feel that way to me. Maybe it works for other people, but I left feeling kind of disappointed. I probably wouldn’t use Stratton Mountain Resort again unless they seriously lower the pricing
